Be disciplined. It is easy to be distracted by your surrounding when you are not in the work environment.
It is important to cultivate strict routines or working hours, but also be kind to yourself. Wake up at your usual time and go through your usual routine. Now you don't need to commute to work why don't use that time to do some light workout or read for half an hour.
Set work hours. WFH allows for flexibility, but try to stick with your routine as possible.
Setting a target end time will dictate expectations and increase productivity. Remind yourself at the end of the day if you cannot achieve your work target. It will come right back to you.
Dress properly. Some people might get up drink coffee and start work with their pajamas on their bed. Don't do that! It's easy to fall back to sleep in 2 hours.
Get up, shower and dress properly. The way you dress have a significant in your mood and attitude, so dress in proper work attire.
Take a breaks. Make sure you take a lunch break. Walk away from your desk for at least 10-15 minutes. I personally feel that moving yourself away from work mood in short period of time can energizes the brain.

Communication with your team
Setup daily meeting so you can keep in touch and communicate with your team.
Updated about your work progress but keeping it short, and keeping team members accountable to one another in their respective tasks.
